Inspection: Our inspection process is thorough and tailored to the unique aspects of your home and property. We’ll look for signs of leaking, hail damage, and missing or damaged shingles, roof vents, and flashing. Our fast and transparent estimate process means you know exactly what you’ll need with no surprises in cost.

Materials: At L&S, we use CertainTeed’s Integrity Roof system to ensure a comprehensive, long-lasting roofing solution. From the underlayment to the shingles and ridge vents, CertainTeed’s roofing materials are designed for incomparable durability and energy efficiency.

Service: We don’t skip a shingle detail. The L&S roofing crew is fully certified and has decades of experience working on all kinds of residential and commercial roofs. Our professional touch is guided by regularly maintained tools, ongoing education for our crew, and a dedication to crafting a finished product that is as functional as it is beautiful. This means you get more than a new roof—you get peace of mind.

CertainTeed Integrity Roofing System Process

Step 1

First we take extra care of your property by protecting your homes exterior utilizing the Catch-All netting system, using rubber wheel dumpsters on your driveway, and netting on your garden plants.

Step 2

All wood modifications for roof ventilation start now, including cutting out squares for cans, openings at peaks for ridge vents and, if smart venting is needed, a channel is cut approximately 3 shingles' distance from the edge.

Step 3

Winterguard Ice and Water Shield goes in all valleys, 6 ft from the edge of the roof, and around all stink pipes. This delivers protection against water intrusion from ice dam buildups, weather, and aging.

Step 4

We use RoofRunner, a synthetic, polymer-based scrim-reinforced underlayment. That means one thing—advanced protection against water intrusion, as each nail is sealed as it penetrates the surface

Step 5

All the while, roof edges have an extra wide drip edge and starter strips installed as an additional protection at a roof's most vulnerable point. Chimneys and walls get custom bent metal flashing and a silicone sealant.

Step 6

Next, we install rows of special starter shingles on the most wind-vulnerable areas of the roof—these shingles are designed to mitigate the force of heavy winds for the rest of the roof.

Step 7

The CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles get installed, delivering protection against algae buildup, heat transfer, and aging. All necessary venting components get installed while shingles get nailed down, and it all finishes with a true ridge cap shingle topped by silicone sealant.

Step 8

We complete an exhaustive cleanup of your property and make sure you’re satisfied with your brand new CertainTeed roof.

I highly recommend this company for gutter repair and installation. They did an excellent job, and I was very happy with the quality of their work.

Where do I start? We needed a roof. We had an active leak that was starting to show on the ceiling in our bedroom. We reached out for quotes from 3 different companies. L&S was the first quote we received and I knew right away they were the company I could trust. L&S came for a consultation fully prepared with numbers, honest comparisons and a power point with information about their company. The sales associate Ryan was competent, answered any questions I had and provided a warm and welcoming environment to a stressful adult task such as buying a roof. We have a 1 1/2 year old puppy who took a liking to Ryan; and he was very understanding and accepting of our pet as well which went a long way. From productive to genuine conversation, I knew I could trust them! We were able to finance through their company which was huge for us. The job was done quickly and with amazing quality. The roofers were very nice and understanding of me and my dog being home and coming out for walks during their job. In comparison to companies out there, the price was reasonable and I could tell that Ryan was doing his absolute best to work with us on that as well. I would 10/10 recommend L&S! We also had our porch over hang rebuilt due to water damage and the guys did a great job showing us what needed to be done. L&S did both a full roof tear-off and replacement as well as attic insulation for us, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went.
