Excellent job, people and customer service!

When I hire a company to work on my home I have high expectations. My family lives here, I want it to be safe. L & S went above and beyond from the very first time we met Tony. He came in and explained everything to us in great detail and we felt very comfortable hiring them to redo our roof. The roofers that were on site were all very kind and courteous. They covered the entire house to prevent any debris potentially being left behind. After the job was done they did an amazing job cleaning up! Tony even came back out a few days later to ensure that everything went well and we were happy with the job! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new roof!

We had a great experience with L&S Home Improvement for our new roof. No complaints whatsoever. Our salesperson Ryan Moulding was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly, no pressure, good communication. Price was reasonable in relation to other quotes we had received. Installation was done in one day. Very professional crew. No nails at all in our yard...yeah none. They have a nail catching system that worked very well. They took pictures of the job as they went which made me feel much better because otherwise you don't know what's really going on up there and you're just counting on them doing what they said they were going to do. No hesitation whatsoever to recommend.

Excellent experience with L&S! We had shingles blow off during a high wind event, and Matt was incredibly responsive. He came out the very next day to provide a very fair quote and managed to complete the repairs 24 hours later—just beating a major snowstorm. Very grateful to Matt and the L&S team.

Just got our new roof done on 10/1/2025. The crew showed up bright and early and ready to work. Very pleased with the politeness and professionalism that we were shown by all the workers. Quite a big investment and it can be scary seeing that bottom line figure. However, Scott was wonderful to work with as he answered every single question I had and was very understanding of our situation as my mom has recently passed away. Had a lot going on at the moment.

I will recommend your company to anyone I know that needs roofing repairs or a new roof done. The whole process from start to finish was very thorough. L&S was the only company, and we had 3 of 4 companies come out, that actually went into our attic upon doing our estimate. The other 2 did not go in the attic and the other did only took a satellite picture of our home.

Thank you for everything! No more worries about leaks in the roof when it rains, our heating and cooling bills will be lower and we have a nicer looking home as well. The new roof, attic insulation and gutters have added value to the home and one less thing to worry about.

We were very happy with the installation of our new roof. The crew that installs were very professional and took great caution in covering our house, flower beds with protective covering. We had up to six roof estimates and the final decision came down to trust and L&S did not disappoint.

Tony came out to Troy home and was straight forward throughout the whole process. He gave price, timeframe, clean-up, and overall what to expect. My calls were answered and the roof and gutters are awesome. More important, the price was lower than all other estimates using top quality materials. Two thumbs up!

Wow!! I was super impressed with every step in the process of getting my roof redone. Matt was very informative and detailed with checking before and after install. The crew was clean and very kind! L&S has just completed their 2nd project on my house, and I couldn’t be more delighted!
The roof they installed 3 years ago still looks amazing! Their team was efficient, neat, and friendly. Furthermore, the crew leader was able to figure out a way to modify the venting on the front of my house so that I didn’t have those ugly boxes all over the place lol. Like, he did it ON SITE, DURING installation. I can’t find/remember his name, but L&S should bonus him up if they can.
Today I had the pleasure of meeting Brody and Scott who were equally excellent! They replaced/repaired some problem aluminum siding, and added siding where there was only bare wood. In addition, they were able to take care of some other problems on my garage that I only noticed last minute. The extra work took a few more hours, in diabolical heat without shade, but Scott and Brody remained gracious and friendly while taking it all in stride. They made everything look even better than I hoped for!
A special shout out to Tony, Matthew, and the L&S receptionists who also made the entire process pleasant and achievable in a timely manner, helping me to be well prepared for painting next week.
This company has easily earned all of my future business, and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to my own family and friends.

I had a roof repair that other roofers refused to take on. Prior to completing the repairs Scott and Brody showed me why the problem was occurring and explained the solution. Once they executed the repair they cleaned up the area so that it looked as if there was never a problem. I appreciated their courtesy and professionalism and would recommend them in the future.

Johnny and the crew did an awesome job! The roof looks amazing! They took really good of my Peony bushes and all my Hostos plants as well.
